Webmarto.com will provide the following services:
- Will design web site as a product for client.
- Will consult web design strategist to select best web architectural layout on client website product theme line.
- Will collect initial information of project to start with.
- Will start working on web development after design approval either telepathically/email/social networking or mutual meetings.
- Will register/renew domain name on clients requirement, if needed.
- Will host clients website by changing in website domain’s DNS configuration with client’s permission [web hosting is (chargeable recurring payment) AND not included in website design contract].
- Will host clients website images to cloud image host for lightening fast website performance (cloud image hosting is (chargeable recurring payment) AND not included in website design contract).
- Will (time to time or when needed) recruit developers if needed for specific web development/task completion (chargeable as per scenario)
- Will install and attach ssl certificate to client website (chargeable recurring payment).
- Will design shopping cart (chargeable as per scenario)
- Will consult for SEO services (chargeable as per scenario)
- Will implement any of our SaaS widget app if required (chargeable as per scenario)
- Email hosting – Webmarto.com can generate your desired email address and redirect its emails to your personal /commercial or other email address for convenience. If you need professional email hosting you can purchase G-suite pack from us.
- The services will include the following number of revisions: 2 This is the scope of work the parties agree upon. For changes or additional requirements, a change order will have to be filled, agreed upon, and signed by both parties.
- The Client will have 2 business days to review and approve each step.
- At the end of said time, if no answer has been given, the work will be considered as approved.
- After final approval webmarto.com will host your product on your domain.
- Client has been given a 2 days time to send a confirmation email to techcare@gmail.com, regarding completion of successful website development and delivery of website as product in hosting.
- After Hosting client can change their domain panel password ( if required ), webmarto.com doesn’t bear any responsibility of your domain panel.
Cost and Payment
Our basic charge for technical-assistance/coding/web-designing is
USD 10 per /hour.
Service Restrictions
- Website design and delivery of website as product to client in the form of website hosted in web HOSTING, client cannot request of takeaway designed website and host somewhere else without consulting with webmarto.com executive in written with reason. Although webmarto.com will not allow its clients to takeaway website design and host anywhere else but can allow you to host your website in webmarto.com approved partner cloud host’s only. However IF client do that by self / by other resources in illegitimate way , it will be consider as breach of contract and the functions of clients website will be switched off or website may be removed / vanished completely.
- If client want’s to move their website hosting to one of our approved cloud partner’s hosting they can do so by purchasing a one time fees of website source code after which they can download it and takeaway their website to approved cloud partner’s host only and have to buy another service product from us for future.
- Webmarto.com, design’s website as product and provide service/maintenance (chargeable from client) for that product till product exists online and in webmarto.com style. To maintain our product unique we take designed product TRADEMARK AND register it under “Digital Millennium Copyright Act”.
- Webmarto.com will not provide in any condition any type of admin login and admin password to client except (on demand or necessity of particular ftp folder account), it’s because of our policy of designing website as product and we charge for service/up-dation and maintenance only .
Intellectual Property
The Client will own the website and any visuals provided by the Web Designer. The Web Designer will turn over all necessary files. The Client guarantees that they have legal rights to all elements of text, photographs, and anything else that they provide the Web Designer with, and will not hold the Web Designer responsible for any third-party claims.
